Our classes take
place on Mondays through Thursdays and the times are Eastern and
affected by Daylight Savings Time.
Monday evenings we offer Agility classes starting at 6:00PM. When weather permits we try to have them outdoors.
Tuesday evenings starting at 6:00PM is when we hold free 4-H classes. To qualify you MUST be signed up with Williams County 4-H. The classes are offered during the 4-H season.
Wednesday evenings are dedicated to Competition Obedience. Classes go from 6:00PM to 8:30PM and are divided into two sections.
Thursday nights offer classes in Beginners Obedience starting at 6.pm. Call for more information.
Classes cost $50.00 and run for an 8 week period. You must bring dogs and you must provide a handler. We train you to train your dog. With the exception of the Agility classes, weather permitting, the classes are held indoors. The building is heated and has rubber matting. For class we expect handlers to wear flat rubber-soled shoes for safety reasons. We also require you to have proper training collars, if you do not have one we sell them at the training building. A Health Record from a veterinarian must be brought to the first class you attend. No dog is allowed in the building without proof of shots and worming,
Our Instructors are qualified with the United Kennel Club(UKC), Canine Performance Events, Inc(CPE), the North American Dog Agility Council(NADAC), the American Kennel Club(AKC), and they possess a large amount of experience. They are also American Kennel Club Testers for the Canine Good Citizen Test and Therapy Dogs International Evaluators.
We have earned over 400 titles with our dogs including, but not limited to, #1 Cairn Terrior and #3 Samoyed in the United States, first ever Carolina Dog CD, and first ever titled New Guinea Singing Dog. In addition our students have won at many UKC/AKC Open Shows including, but not limited to, Toledo, Detroit, Kalamazoo, Ft. Wayne, and LaPorte.
Finally, as one can tell from browsing the Events Calender, we host many Agility, Conformation, and Obedience events yearly.
If you have any questions or require further information place a call to 419-459-4836. Should you get the machine leave your name and contact information and we will get back to you when we are available.
